Aim of the OPITO approved CA-EBS training is to ensure that the delegate gains the required knowledge and understanding of the fundamental differences between a re-breather and compressed air systems, the use of the CA-EBS in helicopter emergency situations and the hazards associated with the use of the CA-EBS. During the course the delegates learn to understand the CA- EBS and how to use the system in a safe and responsible way.

BookLast booked 7 minutes agoDe CA-EBS (Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System) training, gecertificeerd door OPITO, is bestemd voor alle offshore medewerkers die per helikopter naar locatie (Offshore installatie of schip) reizen en gebruik maken van het Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System.
Sinds begin 2015 is het verplicht om een CA-EBS te gebruiken bij alle Britse helikopter vluchten. Sinds 1 mei 2015 is het CA-EBS ook verplicht bij iedere Nederlandse helikoptervlucht. Tijdens deze training leert de cursist de CA-EBS te begrijpen en het systeem op een correcte en verantwoordelijke manier te gebruiken in een noodsituatie.

BookLast booked 26 minutes agoAim of the OPITO Approved CA-EBS ID training is to ensure that the delegate gains the required knowledge and understanding of the fundamental differences between a re-breather and compressed air systems, the use of the CA-EBS in helicopter emergency situations and the hazards associated with the use of the CA-EBS. During the course the delegates learn to understand the CA- EBS and how to use the system in a safe and responsible way. This is ‘dry’ environment training only and does not include the training of the CA-EBS in the pool.
The contact time of the CA-EBS ID is 60 minutes.
